The Eclipse can be used for very large macromolecules that cannot be separated by conventional Gel Filtration Chromatography, and its gentle separation assures that shear forces are eliminated or reduced to the absolute minimum.

It interfaces seamlessly with Wyatt Technology’s DAWN multi-angle light scattering instruments and software to determine rapidly and reliably absolute particle size distributions and molecular weights without reference to any standards.
