The GC market is very mature and has a very large installed base. Technological improvements in recent years have all been focused on key areas of the analytical workflow, such as expanding the capabilities of injector technologies, improving detector sensitivity, and simplifying multi-dimensional applications. No improvements have been made to accommodate diverse applications that need specific injectors and/or detectors. Improvements in this area impact the productiveness of GC instruments and address laboratory capability limits in handling new methodologies with existing instrumentation. In this webinar, a new approach to the design of GC instrumentation will be presented to overcome current limitations shown by most gas chromatographs in the industry.
