Colin Jump Appointed as Microsaic CEO

Microsaic Systems (Woking, UK) has announced the appointment of Colin Jump as chief executive officer. With 30 years experience of working in the analytical chemistry instrument sector, Jump has worked for a range of well-known analytical chemistry instrumentation companies.

Prior to his appointment at Microsaic, Jump was responsible for the development and growth of Shimadzu UK over the last 11 years. Before this position, Jump was European Commercial Director at SGE Europe. Microsaic hope that his appointment will aid the establishment of its chip-based scientific instruments within the market.

Eric Yateman, acting CEO of Microsaic Systems commented: “The board is very pleased to welcome Colin Jump to our company as our new CEO and I have no doubt his commercial and operational experience in the analytical instrumentation sector will help drive the business forward towards the further realization of our corporate goals.”
