As more analytical assays migrate towards LC–MS based detection, an ever common series of matrix interferences present the biggest challenges to method robustness and reproducibility and overall laboratory throughput.

Although a diversity of sample prep options exists, many can be a trade-off between cleanliness, complexity, cost and speed. It may sometimes be difficult for an end user to indentify the most compatible and beneficial technique.

In this seminar we will review the benefits, limitations and workflow of common sample prep techniques and provide simple tips and tools that will help aid correct technique selection.
