A New Analytical Perspective: Techniques To Characterize AAV Quality Attributes

Event Overview:

This webinar will present multiple novel analytical methods developed for viral particle drug delivery platforms. The presentation will highlight newly developed HPLC methods to improve the separation and analysis of viral particles such as AAVs with a focus on ion-exchange and size-exclusion chromatography. Additionally, we will discuss instrumentation and analysis for viral particles, highlighting the utility of multi-angle light scattering (MALS) detection. This webcast targets those looking for complete workflows for characterizing drug delivery vehicles relevant to gene and cell therapy, covering the various methods by which chromatography, instrumentation, and software provide a complementary approach towards comprehensive viral particle analysis.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • Highlight novel analytical methods for improved chromatography of viral particle analysis
  • Discuss advantages of multi-angle light scattering detection for viral particles
  • Learn about new software features for assessment of viral particle quality attributes
Who Should Attend:
  • Laboratory scientists and managers seeking analytical technology to improve viral particle analysis workflows
  • Analysts developing therapeutic products for gene and cell therapy
  • Analysts seeking new tools for simplified AAV manufacturing solutions
