Event Overview:

Size-exclusion chromatography [SEC] offers several distinct advantages for the native size variant analysis of biotherapeutic proteins. This webinar will introduce important concepts and considerations to maximize the sample throughput of an SEC method and will discuss laboratory efficiencies that can be gained from traditional non-volatile and MS-compatible mobile phases.
This webinar will also cover how high-throughput SEC can be deployed throughout product development, from cell culture through formulation, while improving product quality and reducing manufacturing costs to aid in the acceleration of commercial product development.

Key Learning Objectives:

Learn how to:
  • Achieve fast SEC analyses
  • Minimize non-desired secondary interactions
  • Gain laboratory efficiencies from traditional non-volatile and MS-compatible mobile phases
Who Should Attend:

Scientists, lab managers, and directors responsible for analyzing monoclonal antibody and recombinant proteins for aggregate analyses, biopharma characterization, or contract research organizations.

Consulting Scientist
Waters Corporation

Stephan has worked at Waters Corporation for eleven years and has a primary focus on the development and use of LC, LC-MS, and sample preparation chemistries for the analysis of biomolecules. Prior to joining Waters, he had nearly twenty years of experience with biopharmaceutical characterization and analytical method development with Genetics Institute, Wyeth, and Pfizer. Stephan received his graduate degree in Analytical Chemistry at the University of New Hampshire.
