The two-color Aspergillus qPCR detection kit from Spex CertiPrep is designed to provide rapid test results with high specificity for laboratories testing for Aspergillus in cannabis and other agricultural products. According to the company, the kit is suitable for use in detecting the presence of the four most common pathogenic strains of Aspergillus DNA: niger, terreus, flavus, and fumigatus DNA in cannabis species flower, stem, or leaf tissue(s).
