Simple connectivity and robust nanospray LC/MS operation without sacrificing separation performance and reproducibility. From this approach, PharmaFluidics developed the new μPACTM Flex iON Connect nanospray interface for the nanoFlex ion sources from Thermo Scientific, to allow mass spectrometrists to connect the micro Pillar Array Column directly to the nanospray emitter.
With only two connections required between the μPAC column and the emitter—any 360 OD nanospray emitter—and integrated liquid junction and grounding points, the μPAC Flex iON Connect is the perfect companion for high resolution nanoLC/MS μPAC columns.
