Christianna Kutz is an HPLC product specialist at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments. She completed her doctorate in chemistry in December 2025 and joined Shimadzu in March 2026. From her dissertation work focusing on the organic synthesis of nucleoside analogues, Christianna is experienced in using analytical techniques such as HPLC for both identification and purification.

Nivesh K. Mittal, MBA, PhD
Sr. Product Manager

Dr. Mittal has over 10 years of experience in drug product development and cGMP manufacturing of parenteral hard to manufacture drug products such as nanoparticles and insoluble API’s. He is currently the Product Manager for LC Products at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments. Prior to joining Shimadzu, Dr. Mittal was developing a nanoparticulate blood replacement product for KaloCyte, Inc. His PhD work was focused on the development of a nanomedicine for a water insoluble molecule for the treatment of blood cancers. He has numerous publications in the field and also holds a patent application for the system he developed during his doctoral studies
