Chromatide (Runcorn, Cheshire, UK), which develops polymer technologies to improve pharmaceutical and chemical production, and Separation Product's Kromasil, a brand of Akzo Nobel (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), have set up a research collaboration to develop and market improved silica-based high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) media.
Chromatide (Runcorn, Cheshire, UK), which develops polymer technologies to improve pharmaceutical and chemical production, and Separation Product's Kromasil, a brand of Akzo Nobel (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), have set up a research collaboration to develop and market improved silica-based high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) media. The research emphasis will be in the area of chiral purification. The collaboration is intended to combine Chromatide's polymer synthesis abilities with Akzo Nobel's expertise in developing materials for use in separation techniques.
