The company claims this collection to be curated to streamline analyses across multiple applications in food, flavors, and fragrances manufacturing, product development, and related areas. It focuses on compound classes of importance for food, flavor, fragrance, and cannabis applications, such as essential oils, lipids, volatile organic compounds, terpenes, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and many others.
