High-resolution Separation of Oligonucleotide using Anion Exchange HPLC columns
Polymeric strong anion exchange methods such as PL SAX are suitable for anion exchange and purification of oligonucleotides. At elevated temperatures, enhanced mass transfer increases the resolution for larger oligonucleotides. Working at higher PH values enables resolution of phosphodiester and phosphothioate forms of the oligonucleotide.
