"One-Shot" Solutions for Preparative Chiral Sub/Supercritical Fluid Chromatography Using Chiroptical Detection

A novel “one-shot” strategy for preparative chiral supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) offers a rapid and more effective way to obtain and characterize individual enantiomers. Developed through the Novartis Genesis Labs programme, the workflow was designed to purify milligram quantities of chiral compounds from libraries in a single gradient purification, providing material for early potency and physicochemical testing while simultaneously generating stereochemical information through online chiroptical detection.
