Different classes of antibodies, including IgG1, 2 and 4, are immediately reduced down to light and heavy chain without the need of enzymes, denaturing or reducing agents using inline EC-LCMS. The workflow can be used for IdeS digested mAbs and does not affect the quantitation of acid labile species such as sialylated N-glycans.
