Enhancement of UV Detection Sensitivity in SFC Utilizing Reference Wavelength Compensation

In this report, we demonstrate the enhancement of UV detection sensitivity in SFC by using reference wavelength compensation, a built-in feature of Waters 2998 PDA under both Masslynx and Empower.
