Friday Morning Workshops

Article

On Friday morning in the ASMS 2020 Reboot event, from 10:00 to 11:30 am CDT, eight workshops will be held, on bioanalysis of oligonucleotides and peptides by triple quadrupole and high-resolution mass spectrometry, and methodologies and best practices for extractables and leachables testing.

On Friday morning in the ASMS 2020 Reboot event, from 10:00 to 11:30 am CDT, two workshops will be held, on bioanalysis of oligonucleotides and peptides by triple quadrupole and high-resolution mass spectrometry, and methodologies and best practices for extractables and leachables testing. Both sessions will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 am CDT, and are as follows:

  • Pending Recent Advances in Oligonucleotides & Peptides Bioanalysis by Triple Quad and HRMS. Presided by Jian Wang and Dian Su. This workshop will develop future discussions and consensus on regulated bioanalysis of peptides and oligonucleotides including topics on sample preparation, mass spectrometric methods, and data processing. Experts in the field will share their experience in this highly interactive workshop.

  • Extractables and Leachables Analytical Methodologies and Best Practices. Presiders are Kate Comstock and Gyorgy Vas. This workshop will provide a venue for extractables and leachables (E&L) analysis scientists to discuss analytical methodologies and best practices, exchange information, and present problems and challenges concerning mass spectrometry instrumentation, methodologies, and data processing.
