Eurosil Bioselect columns from KNAUER enable bioseparations providing high stability and loadability.
Eurosil Bioselect columns from KNAUER enable bioseparations providing high stability and loadability. The silica-based stationary phase is designed for use in analytical as well as process scale biochromatography.
With its wide pore size of 300 Å, efficient separations of large biomolecules up to 50 kDa are possible. The durability at low pH values makes this material suitable for mobile phases containing TFA, typically used for protein and peptide separations.
Eurosil Bioselect columns are available in four different modifications (C18, C18A, C8, C4) allowing optimization of selectivity and recovery of proteins and peptides. The Eurosil Bioselect material is available in particle sizes ranging from 3 µm up to 15 µm to cover analytical up to preparative applications.
