HPLC resins
YMC’s CHIRAL ART family of HPLC resins are immobilized, coated with polysaccharide derivatives as chiral selectors, and are suitable for separation of a wide range of chiral compounds. According to the company, high mechanical strength, chemical durability, and familiar selectivity to traditional polysaccharide chiral phases enables smooth and easy scale-up from analytical to preparative purification. These stationary phases are suitable for supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) and simulated moving bed (SMB), as well as HPLC, and are available in both bulk resin and packed column formats.
