PerkinElmer Acquires Arnel

PerkinElmer Inc. (Waltham, Massachusetts) has acquired Arnel Inc. (Parlin, New Jersey), a custom producer of GC technologies for the petrochemical, food and beverage, and industrial hygiene markets. The acquisition comes after an 18-year relationship between the companies, during which Arnel became exclusively responsive for all of PerkinElmer's valved and specialist GC systems.
