timsTOF instrument for unbiased single cell proteomics
The timsTOF SCP from Bruker is designed as a dedicated ultra-high sensitivity instrument for unbiased single cell proteomics, for laser capture microdissection of one or a few cells, and for ultra-sensitive neoantigen discovery in immunopeptidomics in the field of immunooncology research. According to the company, the instrument achieves five times higher ion transmission for data independent acquisition (dia)-parallel accumulation–serial fragmentation (PASEF), or parallel reaction monitoring prm-PASEF methods.
