Waters and LabVantage Agree to Strategic Partnership

Waters Corp. (Milford, Massachusetts) and LabVantage Solutions, Inc. (Bridgewater, New Jersey) announced a strategic partnership with the intention of integrating laboratory software for improved efficiency and effectiveness at laboratory-dependent organizations. The companies reportedly already have successfully integrated LabVantage’s SAPPHIRE laboratory information management software with Waters’ NuGenesis scientific data management system and Empower 2 chromatography data software. The intended long-term impact is to eliminate infrastructure silos, harmonize global variations, and maximize scientific data and experience.
