Waters and Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) intend to develop a software interface for Hitachi's LaChrom Elite liquid chromatograph instruments control for Waters Empower chromatographic data station software.
Likewise, Shimadzu Corporation (Kyoto, Japan) intends to collaborate with Waters to develop software that allows the control of Shimadzu's Prominence LC systems using the Waters Empower chromatography softwareThese collaborations respond to user needs and will allow the Hitachi and Shimadzu LC systems to be used with Waters' Empower software with seamless control.
