The Omega NorthFace Scoreboard Award was presented to the company in May at Boston's World Trade Center. The company has received the award for eight consecutive years. The award recognizes organizations that offer exemplary customer service and commit to exceeding customer expectations. Omega measures customer satisfaction and loyalty levels on a five-point scale a minimum of twice a year in categories such as technical support, field service, customer service, and account management.
