Markes International has introduced several highly successful brands of TD instruments to the market, including:

• UNITY series: a universal platform for sorbent tubes and whole air and gas samples (canisters, bags, and online air and gas streams)

• TD-100: a fully automated TD system for sorbent tubes

• The 100-tube ULTRA series of TD autosamplers, including automated sample recollection (a patented method of overcoming the "one-shot" limitation of many other TD instruments)

• CIA Advantage systems for automated cryogen-free analysis of air and gas sampled using canisters (for US EPA Method TO-15, etc.)

• The Micro-Chamber/Thermal Extractor for materials testing (especially useful for fast emissions screening)

Facility

Markes' factory, R&D center, and headquarters facility is located in the UK. In 2011, Markes expanded this and its US operation (Markes International, Inc.), adding extra laboratory and demonstration facilities.

Markes also supports a global distributor network. The company has a division (ALMSCO International) for the development of time-of-flight mass spectrometers (BenchTOF-dx) and associated software for GC–MS.
