Restek ESOP Transition
Restek Corporation (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), has announced its anticipated January 1, 2009 transition from 22% to 100% employee ownership under an ESOP structure.

Restek Corporation (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), has announced its anticipated January 1, 2009 transition from 22% to 100% employee ownership under an ESOP structure. The company has been planning for and testing employee ownership models since its inception in 1985. As part of the transaction, Restek's Performance Coatings "RPC" division will become an independent company led by Paul Silvis and members of the RPC team.
