A recent study developed and validated a highly sensitive reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) fluorescence method using OPA/ethanethiol derivatization to simultaneously quantify multiple gentamicin C-subtypes in tiny murine perilymph samples, enabling improved pharmacokinetic analysis in the inner ear.
