Determination of Three Selected Chlorinated Pesticides at Lowest Concentration Level by Fast GC–MS/MS
Pesticides are widely used to protect agricultural products from mould or insect infestation during growth, storage, and product transport. Intensive use or abuse of pesticides can cause environmental pollution in different areas. Lakes, rivers, and aquifers need to be monitored to protect drinking water. Concentration levels of pesticides down to low fg/μL range must therefore be quantified in organic solvent-based water extracts. Typically, large volume injections (LVI) are used to reach this concentration range.
