Exploring the Feasibility of Employing Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC)-UV-MS for Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Fat Soluble Vitamins in Dietary Supplements

Fat soluble vitamins were analyzed with SFC-UV-MS. With SFC MS, 7 of the 9 vitamins in the suspension were identified. Low concentration Vitamin A was successfully quantified by SFC UV.
