Markets Served

LECO Separation Science instruments are used in a variety of applications, including pharmaceuticals, metabolomics, food, flavor, fragrance, environmental, and petrochemical.

Major Products/Services

An ideal choice for laboratories resolving complex samples, LECO products feature exclusive ChromaTOF software with all the tools needed to easily locate, identify, and quantify both target and unknown analytes, dramatically reducing overall analysis times and increasing productivity. Products include:

  • High Resolution Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry—LC and GC configurations provide an unmatched combination of speed (200 spectra/s), resolution (up to 100,000), and mass accuracy (less than 1 ppm).

  • Pegasus 4D GCxGC–MS—two-dimensional gas chromatography reveals thousands of individual components in even the most challenging samples.

  • Pegasus HT-GCMS – rugged high throughput GC–MS system offers full-range mass sensitivity and spectral acquisition rates of up to 500 spectra/s.

Facilities

LECO's main headquarters in St. Joseph, Michigan, include the new Elizabeth S. Warren Technical Centre in St. Joseph, a 28,000 square-foot facility for research and development of innovative instrumentation and equipment for LECO's separation science division. Customer training, demonstrations, and support are available at our Life Science and Chemical Analysis Centre in St. Joseph, as well as facilities in Henderson, Nevada, and Fort Meyers, Florida.
