Phenomenex (California, USA) has announced a partnership with the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) (Minnesota, USA) organization to hand-pack 150, 000 meals on the 16th and 17th of November for dispatch to developing countries.

It is expected that over 700 Phenomenex employees, family members, friends and community members will attend the FMSC MobilePack event at the Phenomenex headquarters in California, which is being 100% funded by Phenomenex. Phenomenex employees are encouraged to volunteer time from their working day to participate in the event, as are any members of the public. FMSC is a non-profit Christian organization that ships hand-packaged meals designed specifically for starving children to nearly 70 countries worldwide.

“We are thrilled to welcome FMSC back to Phenomenex for another MobilePack event and are inspired by knowing the meals we pack will impact the lives of so many children in extremely trying circumstances,” commented Kali Tudela, the philanthropy manager at Phenomenex. “Giving back to the global community is a key element of our company’s mission, so we look forward to continuing our support of this wonderful charity in the future.”
