Physico-chemical Parameters of Liposomal Doxorubicin Assessed by AF4–MALS
Doxorubicin is a well-established chemotherapeutic agent frequently used in cancer treatment. Here we present the application of Electrical Asymmetrical Flow Field-Flow Fractionation (AF4) coupled with Multi Angle Light Scattering (MALS) to derive essential physico-chemical parameters, such as size distribution and surface charge, of a commercial liposomal Doxorubicin formulation.
