Food safety issues have become paramount in recent years with an increasing burden on government and industry scientists to meet stringent food safety standards. To address this need, Waters Corporation and the University of Maryland, USA have partnered to create an international food safety training laboratory set to open next year. Janet Kelsey spoke to Paul Young and Jim Willis of Waters to find out more.
