A two-part session on biopharmaceutical analysis will be held at HPLC 2026 on Monday, June 8.

The scientific session Biopharmaceutical Analysis I will be held at HPLC 2026 from 11 am-12:30 on Monday, June 8 in the White River E room at the JW Marriott Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indianapolis.

The session, chaired by Adam Woolley of Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah), includes:

The keynote presentation, An In-Depth, Label-Free Single-Cell Proteome Every 5 minutes or Less, led by Ryan Kelly of Brigham Young University, which will be presented from 11:00am-11:30pm.

Following the keynote, Beatrice Muriithi of Waters Corporation will discuss High Sensitivity Affinity Chromatography for Biotherapeutic Analysis: From mAbs to mRNA from 11:30am-11:50am.

From 11:50am-12:10pm, Separation of Virus Like Particles and Nano-Emulsions for Vaccine Development by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis will be presented by Adam Sutton of Merck & Co., Inc.

The last presentation, Beyond Bulk Extracellular Vesicle Separations: Polyester-Fiber Columns for Isolation and Multi-Omics Profiling of HEK293 EV Subpopulations, led by Raphael Ewonde Ewonde of Clemson University (South Carolina), will be held from 12:10pm-12:30pm.

Later that afternoon, a second session titled Biopharmaceutical Analysis II will be held at HPLC 2026 from 1:30pm-3:00pm, also in the White River E room.

This session, chaired by Gert Desmet of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in Brussels, Belgium, and Maria Dugan of Iowa State University (Ames, Iowa), includes:

205 Advancing ADCs with HIC and HIC-MS: From Real-Time Bioconjugation Monitoring to Multi-Attribute Characterization, led by Kelly Zhang of Genentech, which will be presented from 1:30pm-2:00pm.

Following that presentation, Alexandre Goyon of Genentech will discuss 68 Advanced Chromatographic Strategies for Comprehensive Characterization of Therapeutic Peptides from 2:00pm-2:30pm.

The last presentation, 209 Analytical Techniques for the Characterization of Oligonucleotide Therapeutics, led by Claus Rentel of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc,, will be held from 2;30pm-3:00pm.
