This technical note showcases the durability and consistency of the PerkinElmer QSight® 500 LC/MS/MS system through an intensive robustness study, analyzing high-matrix food samples with minimal cleanup and no loss in sensitivity. Using a simplified QuEChERS extraction (no SPE), the system successfully analyzed PFAS analytes across complex matrices like salmon, avocado, pet food, and spices.
