Olivier Dapremont

Olivier Dapremont has over 30 years of experience in developing continuous processes for pharmaceuticals with an enhanced focus on separation technologies. He started his career developing preparative continuous chromatography equipment before moving into custom separation services and the CDMO business. He leads the technologies and innovations group at SK Pharmteco Corporation, based in California, USA.

Dapremont is a recognized expert in the development of large-scale chiral separations using simulated moving bed chromatography (SMB). He is the author of several articles in various scientific journals, magazines, and chapters in reference books. He is a co-inventor on patents for API purification using SMB as well as equipment development. He is the current chair of the Prep symposium conference. He is also a member of the ACS Green Chemistry Roundtable and a strong advocate of green chemistry for a better future.
