Agave syrup carbohydrate analysis using HPAE-PAD

This application note demonstrates how Norma Oficial Mexicana for agave syrup carbohydrate analysis is executed with a Thermo Scientific Dionex CarboPac PA1-1 mm column using HPAE-PAD in EGC mode.
