Improvement of Oligonucleotide Peak Shape Using Automatic Pretreatment Function (Co-injection)

In this case study, an improvement in oligonucleotide peak shape is shown by suppressing the sample solvent effect through simultaneous injection with a desired solvent while using dedicated method development software to comprehensively evaluate co-injection solvent types and volumes to enable a more efficient workflow.
