The opening ceremony, sponsored by the Washington Chromatography Discussion Group, begins at 4:30 pm in Ballroom C/D. This will be followed by two plenary lectures.
At 5:00 PM, the first plenary lecture, “Technological (R)evolutions in Column Making: Quo Vadis Chromatography?” will be presented by Gert Desmet, of Vrije Universiteit Brussel, in Brussels, Belgium. This will be followed at 5:45 pm by a second plenary lecture, “Next Phase of Precision Medicine: Application of LC–MS,” presented by Jennifer Van Eyk of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in Los Angeles, California.
A welcome reception will be held following the lectures, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Exhibit Hall.

Carol Robinson Awarded 2024 Lifetime Achievement European Inventor Award
