What critical components can help to resolve the separation challenges related to pesticides analysis in food?

This article presents a new column technology that uses reversed phase separation and offers excellent peak shape, resolution, and robustness for a wide variety of food matrices.

In this study, various ways of achieving resolution by playing with selectivity are presented.

This article expands beyond the basic POPs analysis by GC to provide the top 10 aspects that need to be considered to obtain reliable chromatographic results.

How can GC overcome the complexity of dioxin separation and analysis?

Using a targeted solid phase extraction (SPE) method and GC–ECD analysis, chlorinated pesticides are extracted from poultry fat resulting in a method that decreases the amount of labor and reagents when compared to the USDA-FSIS CHC2 method.
