Moderated by Rainer Lohmann, professor of oceanography, marine and atmospheric chemistry at the University of Rhode Island, the discussion includes Carrie McDonough, assistant professor of chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University; Natalia Soares Quinete, assistant professor of chemistry and biochemistry at Florida International University; and Stefan van Leeuwen, senior scientist at Wageningen Food Safety Research, Wageningen University & Research.
