Join us for this informative web seminar to learn more about how to use sample preparation effectively and the latest advances in sample preparation techniques. The panelists can answer your questions too! Part 1: Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020 at 10am EDT| 2pm BST| 3pm CEST Part 2: Friday, Sept. 18, 2020 at 10am EDT| 2pm BST| 3pm CEST On demand available after final airing until Sept. 18, 2021.

This applicate note presents the use of an automated solid-phase extraction (SPE) system to improve the accuracy and precision of semivolatile extractions, in compliance with EPA Method 8270.

This application note describes the use of ISOLUTE SLE+ for extraction of estrone (E1) and estradiol (E2) from human serum. Analysis is performed by an HPLC-MS/MS method that gives limits of detection of 0.001 ng/mL without derivatization or fluoride adduct stabilization. ISOLUTE SLE+ products provides high analyte recoveries, no emulsion formation and significantly reduced sample preparation time compared to traditional liquid-liquid extraction.

A new, efficient, effective, and sensitive sample preparation application for the extraction of the catecholamines epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine from human plasma at significantly low levels using EVOLUTE WCX, a resin-based mixed-mode sorbent with an optimized combination of nonpolar (hydrophobic) and weak cation exchange interactions.

his application note describes the extraction of a variety of basic drugs from plasma using EVOLUTE CX mixed-mode resin-based SPE. The analyte suite includes basic drugs with wide ranging pKa and logP values.
